A Rugeley Legacy, Reimagined.

37 Years of Flavor & Tradition

Established in 1987, The Bilash became an institution in Rugeley. Built on authentic family recipes, hard work, and deep community roots, our family served the local area for decades—earning top honors and multiple nominations at the Staffordshire Curry Awards. Today, carried forward by Sam (known locally as Shamim), that same passion takes its next step. Ti Amo Lounge & Tapas bridges our rich history with a modern, relaxed dining experience.

The Concept: Great Food, No Fuss

We designed Ti Amo to be cosy, welcoming, and completely flexible. Featuring an open kitchen and an intimate setting, it’s a spot where you can set your own pace:

Authentic Indian Tapas & Thalis: Small plates, street food, and slow-cooked family recipes like our home style lamb and staff chicken simmered for hours.

The 1987 Classics: The famous Bilash Special remains on the menu alongside all your traditional favorite curries.

Casual & Welcoming: Drop in for a £5 starter, grab a drink, or stay for a full feast. No pressure, no rigid rules, and no dress code.

Bring Your Own (BYOB) & Delivery:
Fully licensed for BYOB dining, with takeaway delivery covering an 8 mile radius.
